🛠️ Custom Orders
We welcome custom work. If you're looking for something specific, please include the following in your message:
- Dimensions you need (length × width × thickness in mm or inches)
- Wood species you'd like (ash, oak, maple, sapele, purpleheart, etc.)
- Pattern or style — similar to one of our existing designs, or something completely new
- Timeline — when you need it by
- Personalisation — any text, dates, or logos you'd like engraved
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll confirm pricing and timeline before any work begins.
💍 Weddings, Events & Bulk Orders
Planning personalised cutting boards as wedding favours, corporate gifts, or bulk orders for your business? We'd love to help.
Minimum bulk order: 10 boards. Volume discounts available. Please reach out at least 6-8 weeks before your event to ensure production time.
📦 Order Questions
Have a question about an order you've already placed?
- Tracking & shipping — your tracking number is sent by email once your board ships
- Delivery times — 3-5 business days production + shipping time to your country
- Returns — 14 days from delivery for unused boards (personalised boards are non-refundable unless defective)
- Damaged in transit? — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right

MNCWOOD is a single-maker workshop based in Poland. Every cutting board is made here — from raw plank to finished surface — by one pair of hands.
We don't hold warehouse stock. Every order is built to order.
⏱️ Response Times
- Monday – Friday: Replies within a few hours
- Weekends: Replies within 24–48 hours
- Custom order enquiries: Full response within 1-2 business days
We're a one-person workshop — so thank you for your patience during busy periods (especially Christmas, Mother's Day, and wedding season).
